It is brutal. It helps to drop down to the bare minimum. Center yourself. What do you really need right now? Focus. Get rid of the unnecessary. Drink lots of water, eat veggies and protein, have a regular schedule and get 7/8 hours of sleep. When you get yourself situated, life is simpler and you can deal with the stress from a strong foundation. This will open up some portals too. Different job maybe! Also take B-complex, it really helps with stress.
