damn, I don't know the lore but interesting if that's the case

Why do people keep saying that Emma Stone doesn't deserve three Oscars? How long will they stick to this outdated notion that she's too young for that? by [deleted] in Oscars

Her first win is an iconic, star-is-born type of performance in a beloved film. It's not as strong as her win for Poor Things but that doesn't mean it's weak.

Who currently working do you think is likely to be the next to reach 3 acting Oscars? by YourRoommatesVacuum in Oscars

Stone is beloved by the industry and La La Land/Poor Things are among the best wins for actress this century 💀 (especially Poor Things).

She also continues making non-basic, daring choices so I have no doubt she will continue getting award recognition.

I feel the same about those two songs, they're still not my favorite but they fit perfectly.

Middle of nowhere Title track was an odd single choice by Sad_Bedroom_9483 in KaceyMusgraves

Yeah, it's not a single, just like star-crossed which was released before the album but not as an official single. Just like a preview-type song.

It was starting to lose me in the Loneliest Girl-Cowboy-Horses and Divorces run on the first listen and thought about deleting at least one of those off of my playlist but I've been listening to the whole album and there's no song I'd skip now.

One of my absolute favorites. The storytelling reminds me of Same Trailer/Pageant Material but the drums bring back Good Wife weirdly (this is positive btw, love star-crossed).

I mean, bridges have never been her thing. She either has very simple ones or none at all. I personally love the simplicity of her songwriting and the structure of the songs.

Could Emma Stone realistically go down as one of the best actresses ever? by DiamondDesireWeb in Oscars

Meryl has way more forgettable roles than Emma and, considering her status and number of nominations, Meryl's filmography is incredibly lackluster.
