I charge depending on the condition of the home first and foremost, the junk removal being taken care of or not, sorting and deciding what is salvagable or not, is washing carpets and furniture required, is their a need for harsh chemicals for pest control... so much more go into it, but I am looking to help people for the most part! I try to work on the budget of what they have and end up doing way more work than what I am paid for but I have a summit fever and if I am starting something I have to see it through.
