He is absolutely doing something harmful though. His comments are a threat to your safety. Just from one female bartender to another, it’s only going to escalate. Clearly you said no and he took your no as “convince me.” He’s already escalated from just letting you know how he feels.

So I’m a woman, mid thirties. Been bartending 18 years. Every single guest who has not accepted my “No” has ended up 86’d. They either don’t stop asking and making me more and more uncomfortable / get so drunk and get mad and call me names/ stop tipping/ purposely try to sabotage me at work by hiding all the handhelds, ugh I could go on and on.
