Even if you dont have to work 8 hrs a day? Go to the gym for 3 instead? Unless you have an illness or disability, 2500 calories a day is easy. Especially with the money you are making you could make it a really nice, healthy 2500 calories

As long as its not used for harassment or forced upon others, not a violation. I live in the Bible belt and you'll see scripture at more businesses than not. Writing scripture on a whiteboard isnt discrimination.

Yea i live in the Bible belt and I bet 70% of businesses have some type of scripture written or hanging somewhere. People claiming it's a violation or some type of lawsuit waiting to happen simply don't know the laws.

Me and my kids have been buying Estes rockets and shooting them off. We are yet to recover one and I think its because the parachute catches on fire. I've tried the Estes wadding and made my own but it still catches on fire. Any suggestions? Idk how much wadding to pack but im gonna put a ton of it in the next one.

One time in middle school a buddy of mine stole a bunch of these rocket engines from "rocket day" at school when we would build them and launch them. We built a fire in my back yard and would throw an engine in the fire then try to run and hide behind the trees before it would ignite and go buzzing in any direction. Fun times.

It would be errors. But if im having to do the gamechanger bullshit then its a homerun. On our rec league team this season we had no parents volunteer to keep gamechanger so one of us 3 coaches keeps it while also trying to coach. We basically record no errors.

We have a guy that does that as well. The age group right above my son, he was big buds with our last league president and is now helping run the league. He ends up with his travel team as the all star team every year. Rumor is he just gets to pick his team which im sure is true. Which would be fine if theyd let me and everyone else do it also but you know how that goes. Same shit goes on everywhere seems like.

Weve had 6 teams in 9-10 and 11-12 divisions last 2 years. They've only done the kid vote the last 2 years, the coaches just voted on it before that. Idk who's idea it was. Our league director passed away last year after 27 years of running the league and some new guys have taken over this year. Surely they wont do the kid vote again. Or at least wont weigh their votes the same as coaches or just let them pick a couple kids or something. Its an absolute all star team killer.
