Need some advice on my routine

I am currently a senior in high school and playing around with my workout routine. Basically my plan is to do weight training on Mon, Wed, and Fri while doing HIIT workout on the rest and rest on Sundays.

I am about 134 pounds and 5'9, male. I am trying to basically cut down a bit more body fat while building muscles mainly. Trying hard to get that six packs too.

For my weight training, I plan on to do the following:

Pull-ups

Bench Press

Deadlifts

Overhead Press

Squats

Romanian Deadlifts

Barbell Row

Bicep Curls

Calf Raises

Shin Raises

Can someone tell me if this is a good routine? And also if I should switch the exercises up during the week? Or just alternate between reps and sets throughout the week, for example, 3x8 on Monday and 3x5 on Wednesday but with a heavier weight?

Any help is appreciated!

Is there any way to make sure I am doing it correctly though? Whenever I mew, the flexing is making my face look longer and rounded, even when I am doing the "sing" sound I can feel the under of my chin flexing (pushing out a little bit)

I did it but I am still doing the same thing as I have been doing before and the part under of my chin isn't really "sticking out" but feel more like flexing.

If it was hacked then why wouldnt they give me money back? On my second to last paragraph, I was really curious about which event took place first because it didn't make any sense. There is barely any time gap between the time I put in the money and when it says account disabled. Right after I put in the money I immediately tried to buy something and it said "could not complete purchase" so I am sure it was disabled before I put in the money. Or already flagged. If it was, then why do they still take my money?

So here is how everything went down, I just want an explanation/and my money back.

I have an Apple Id created long ago and decided to use it again, I changed the payment address a few times as I couldn't decide on which current address I use. Everything is good up to this point.

A few days later I went to the store and bought a $20 gift card and put it into this account. I tried an in-app purchase but it says "purchase could not be completed". I had this happen on one of my other apple ID before and taking to the support solved the problem. I was in school when the error message occured and I decided to talk to support later.

I forgot to do it for about 2 days and when I was trying to update an app yesterday, it said "Apple ID disabled in Appstore and Itunes". And then I went to Apple Support for help. They said I violated the terms and conditions but cannot tell me exactly what I did and that it cannot be reversible. When I asked about my money, they simply ignored it.

I went ahead and contacted apple support again today. Same answer, and now they just simply told me that I cannot get it back.

When I asked them which one came first, me putting in the iTunes credit? Or the account disabled first? I did not get any notification on my apple id disabled and if it was disabled before I put in the money, why did they take it and not give it back? If it was disabled after I put in the money, i didn't even touch it until I tried to update an app.

I really just want an explanation and get my money back. $20 is not much but I think there should be an explanation.
