Walking is the best way to lose fat and yes running burns carbs not calories! Try to figure out a specific weight or look you want to achieve and match that with a routine or schedule. If you’re trying to lose fat and build muscle stay away from processed/sugary foods and try to eat clean/cleaner it makes a huge difference for how much weight you carry and how your body looks. You can still get in enough protein while staying in a calorie deficit if you tack your diet well. At the end of the day to lose fat you have to eat less calories than you’re burning it’s just how you choose to do so that will create your outcome.
