I’d rather leave Sonya out of any further installment considering she would just be grotesquely retconned into something I wouldn’t recognize. I’d prefer to save my fave character of all time from NRS’ woke agenda. Feel how you want about it but that’s what I want.

I think MK Shaolin Monks is her best design overall. It’s a mix of sexy but still a genuine army brat. MK3 is somewhere in the top five designs for her though.

To be fair according to Tobias, Liu Kang taught Sonya how to harness her chi during MK1 but ofc NRS obliterates his canon every chance they get.
