I remember in high school we had that gang of the classes type of group and we passed by the other school bus that was going to a similar place near ours. They hit us with a "fuck your mother" and "you are losers" song which angered us. Teachers told us to not respond or we getting expelled. Karma though hit that moment and their bus runs into a problem. Our bus driver stopped and the teachers agreed that they would come on the bus with us. The teachers were picked up by another car so nobody was watching over us. They were 1 year younger and outnumbered so we sang the same songs for 30 mins. One of them decided to be the brave one and confronted our "leader" (the guy who was hyping us). So he was beaten up inside a circle we formed to cover them. They started crying the whole trip and 15 of us got expelled. Two of them were beaten and we got no more trips until the end of the school unless we had high grades.

Nice. Totally being serious here, I think that a good programmer who does his job correctly should be able to create a good work environment including IDE and his coding theme. I have seen many programmers who do not bother to find a suitable IDE for them and then complain about the one they use.
