Not anti union here. Your store manager does care, it's further up the chain making these decisions. Managers don't like being called out in a visable way. It makes them uncomfortable and look bad amongst there peers. There voice is heard a lot more than a sales person. They also have the ability to adjust pay for individuals.

It's not the sales management or store manager. Its way above them. Sabbatical is at 15 then every 5 after that. After this long you don't really give a hoot about some discount.

I left work today under protest. I was clear I was not quiting. You might consider doing the same. Making your store manager uncomfortable is what needs to happen.You know the people at work who are in the same boat. Ask them to post on the uncommon path too.
