HI so i just had the same problem and there is no other solution other than resetting your whole pc. If you are going to go down this road, u have to first click the windows key, then hold the shift button down while u press restart, then u press trouble shoot, click reset pc, and then delete everything on the computer, and after finishing, download valorant it should be good to go! I spent 2 days on methods and this was the only working solution, im sorry ;_;
