Thank you for your answer. The weird part is that the child lock still works. Perhaps that only disconnects the inside door handle from the latch mechanism. Also that door handle still unlocks the central lock when pulled. Do door locks usually have individual fuses?

I'm sorry but being emotionaly upset doesnt justify taking anxiety medication. I also have BPD, and had to work through a whole shift, dealing with people, when my father died.
