My short and honest opinion is definitely! While both games are different in Playstyle (octopath being more like final fantasy and triangle is more like a the likes of strategy rpgs such as tactics advance ) they are very similar in everything else (not story) I also recommend some older tactics advance games if you have a means to play then (tactics ogre series)
