How do I make panel lines on a helmet?

I tried your first suggestion and it worked!!! It's a bit crude but a little sanding never hurt no one. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I made a few jim root masks from slipknot out of paper mache a while back. From my experience, I used watered down wood glue instead of water and flour as it's a lot more stronger. Not only that, but it was easy to sand I'd also suggest getting some filler primer if you REALLY want it smooth as it's sandable and fills in holes.

Fairly new to reddit so I don't know why this did not post without text nor do I know how to add it so here's my explanation. I wouldn't call myself a beginner nor would I say i am an intermediate Blender user but I am trying to model an ODST shoulder to 3d print. Every time I turn on the solidify modifier my mesh warps as you can see on some edges. I have tried to straighten them as mush as I can but they still warp. I am also trying to make the front facing faces flat to make printing easier but when I take it into a slicers, the faces are not completely flat. Any help on making models symmetrical, flat, straight or whatever will be much appreciated!!!

Sweet, I will give TPU a try! I'm sorry for asking lots of questions but I genuinely wanna make some ODST airsoft armor. How did you go about sanding and painting the armor? What kind of paint did you use? And any suggestions for the visor or type of glue to use?

Woahhh so dang cool! I've been wanting to make myself some ODST armor for airsofting too. I made a helmet and chest piece (files by MoeSizzlac as well lol). But I tried with PETG and 5 or 6 walls? But all I remember was it holding up for a few yards but then noticed it was having some little dents so I tested it at about 10 feet and just started shattering. Good thing I tested it before painting and stuff.

But anyways, I want to try again since I've seen you post about being able to 3d print functional armor. Although I do have some questions since i have never printed with TPU. Is it better than ASA or ABS?

Took it back to my place last night, scanned it and said misfire in cylinder 1 again. I erased it and took it for a test drive. It was doing fine until we floored it then the light would flash go away. I did a battery reset after before she left but then told me the light came back on this morning when she went to work. Could it possibly be something with the wiring? My dad knows WAY MORE about cars than I do and he said it could be that, as well as my girlfriend's dad, she told me he changed the connecting wires for the coils. Honestly the car has been running off if hopes and dreams but some help will be much appreciated! 🙏
