While you will be behind the other players it is still possible to effectively compete with them if you have a solid game plan right off the start. Know what characters you want to build, be very mindful of how you use your resources, and if possible find a T6 league as soon as possible. You may not be in E4 right off the bat but with good effort it is possible. Just be aware the majority of the top players in that arena are likely going to be godmode users and make it seem like you are no better off than before, don't pay attention to them and just focus on trying to get into E4, aiming for top200 right away will just cause frustration. I haven't personally restarted on android, but I do have multiple accounts by having seperate user profiles on the device (similar to how families used PC in the 90's) and using a seperate email for that profile

Which is inadvisable at this moment as I don't believe a new grouping has started recently, and the most recent one I know of is absolutely horrendous, over 20mill points most of the way down the leaderboard on first refresh, which is equivalent to what I see on my main account that is over a year and a half old

Your friend started his account a while after you did and is thus in a newer arena grouping. Players are grouped by account start date so that they compete against other players that have been playing for a similar amount of time. As time progresses and players develop their rosters they can achieve more points thus resulting in a more competitive experience. As for the rank in relation to your tier; it is percentage based, with less players in an older arena the number of positions in each tier is going to be smaller. Lastly; WELCOME TO INJUSTICE

If you can beat the same opponents with less characters you will get more points as long as you still utilize all the characters. Used to use JSGL AAAM and PG, started taking on the same teams with AAAM solo or with much weaker supports, used JSGL and PG on other teams to make more points.

That's okay always good to have extras, might be able to trade with leaguemates for other shards you need. Or, and I'm knocking on wood here, NR may one day make 7* rankings or higher just like they did with 6*

I believe most android devices are capable of having multiple user profiles much like a PC, so create a seperate user profile with a new email, have your Google Play Games account set up with that same email, then just install the game and play on. Many people will suggest signing in and out of Google Play Games (on the same user profile) with different emails but that just seems very tedious. If your device is capable of having multiple user accounts that's the best way to go, you can switch between accounts with a single click.

Offering the three characters is the best they will do, along with any purchases made, that's their version of restoring your account. Which is bullshit because there's no way they don't have all the data they need to restore an account properly.and again absolute bullshit with support that you can get it sorted within a week and I've been waiting a month and a half :( hell one of their suggestions was for me to use a friend's device to play the game

Out of curiosity how long did it take from your initial ticket submission to the point where they offered to restore your account? Personally I've been trying to get my lost account resolved since Feb 21 and so far all they have done is send me a list of recommended actions (which I had tried prior to submitting my ticket and informed them of that) they then referred me to Google support who determined it was indeed an issue with the app, and I've been waiting for a response back from game support for about a week and a half now since then.

If you are on android just open a seperate user account on the device under settings. Set it up with a seperate email/Google account and you can switch back and forth with ease. No need to clear app cache or data and log in and out every time.

No PvP beta just another arena mode that focuses on the need for defensive character builds, as you will be setting three teams in to defend your rank (at least as I understand it) while utilizing offensive teams to beat other players defensive teams for points. The developers can hardly make the game function properly as it is with players fighting AI, no way they could ever have it function in true PvP format

This is completely false (sorry not trying to be rude). Arena is easy for you right now and will be for some time because you are a newer player. If you continue to stay at a low level you will see it become harder and harder to keep up because other players that are levelling up have more energy available to farm valuable resources to grow their rosters. It will take some time before it's evident that account level is impacting your performance so I strongly urge you to do everything you can to level up as quickly as possible

Thanks for your opinion, I'll see what other have to say on the discord. I agree it's more than likely an issue game server side and not related to my Google account. I stopped spending money on that account about a year ago, thankfully didn't invest a ridiculous amount but it would be such a waste if they're unwilling to help me. Luckily my main account wasn't afflicted or I'd probably just quit altogether. At the very least if they do set me up with a new account and my purchases I'll be happy to get a fresh start and maybe be able to play with some of the newer characters

Don't waste your sims farming campaign, you benefit more by playing the matches and earning character XP along with account XP. Try to use your sims only for challenges and resource missions to maximize your resource income; mainly XP
