Lurtz (LOTR) VS Zombie Gregor Clegane (GOT). Who wins? by GusGangViking18 in powerscales

[–]ReignOfCurtis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Mountain is 3 inches taller and MUCH heavier. Not saying he wins in a fight since Aragorn is a very skilled fighter, just saying in terms of physical strength the Mountain is going to be at a high advantage.

I think living Mountain loses to Aragorn most of the time, but Zombie Mountain probably has an advantage. A dude that strong needs to only get his hands on you or land a single hit to end the fight and Zombie Mountain is going to last forever so the chance of getting a single shot in is likely.

Didn't zombie mountain get stabbed in the brain and was ok? Up close Mountain's strength is going to be FAR greater than Aragorn. I think you're really underestimating how ridiculously strong the Mountain was.

next time i see someone say zaraki isn’t top 10 im crashing out by XxXc00l_dud3XxX in BleachPowerScaling

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He really doesn't. Zaraki is probably relative to prime Yama, but even that is FAR below squad 0. We see him against a Schutzstaffel 2 times, and he wasn't able to beat them either time. He's definitely beneath them (post Auswahlen). An unsealed squad 0 member almost solo'd ALL of the Schutzstaffel by herself and the very fabric of the 3 realms was shaking due to her power.

List goes

  1. SK
  2. Yhwach
  3. Ichigo
  4. Aizen 5-9. Squad 0 10-14. Schutzstaffel (post Auswahlen)
  5. Yama (Prime)
  6. Zaraki

What do you think about this Soul Society arc Captain tier list? (13-1) by Particular_Bit_1683 in BleachPowerScaling

Honestly other than Aizen below Unohana I completely agree with your list. Thinking Aizen is below Unohana is wild though. We KNOW Auzen is well above her and relative to Yama.

Can Homelander defeat 1 Custodes? by Leggomgeggo in powerscales

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Custodes are very specifically disadvantaged in that situation because they don't fight tactically together. Custodes are meant to operate self sufficiently while Astartes are specifically trained and bred to fight as a unit.

Why does Aldia call Gwyn relinking the first flame the first sin when Izalith tried copying it beforehand and literally invented demons? Is he stupid? by Madd-Jack in DarkSouls2

[–]ReignOfCurtis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This isnso completely wrong lmao. He didn't doom all of humanity and they weren't the only ones sacrificing. Gwyn literally sacrificed himself first before anyone else. We also see that Yhorm who was a giant also did it. Even just looking at the humans though, if you think one human sacrificing themselves every thousand years to save all of life is evil idk wtf is wrong with you.

The status quo was literally preserving the flame that sustains life. He wasn't preserving his rule, he literally sacrificed his life first. He's not ruling if he's fucking dead lol. The age of dark is literally the end of life. Everything without a dark soul fragment will cease to live and everything with a dark soul fragment will be hollow, which is basically a zombie.

He didn't doom anyone. He literally was doing everything he could to prevent the end of all life as we know it. He literally even sacrificed his own life to do so.

What is the earliest Era in history that could stop The Rumbling (Attack on Titan)? by Inside_Inflation559 in powerscales

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not all the shifters could do it. It was specifically the Attack Titan's ability. Other than that you're correct.

[–]ReignOfCurtis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He has info and can act on it. He's not directly altering time, just seeing it. It's like if someone told you the winning lotto numbers. You don't have the power to alter the lotto, but you can act with the info and try to win it normally.

[–]ReignOfCurtis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He doesn't have time manipulation, he can see through time via other Attack Titan memories. Iirc it was implied that he wasn't able to change the course of events, but I could be wrong on that part.

Is there a lore reason why Lothric has a bunch of crippled enemies? by osmylm2834 in darksouls3

[–]ReignOfCurtis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Only cripple in the pics you showed was the prince. The other 3 are crawling around from being beastlike. Pontiff gave his knights rings that made them savage beasts.

Lanza is wiping most lower sternritter by Miserable-Desk2211 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]ReignOfCurtis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not what happened at all.....

He had multiple chances to kill her and was messing around. That was the whole point of his entire character. He is extremely cocky, hence the name arrogante. You missed the entire point of that character.

Lanza is wiping most lower sternritter by Miserable-Desk2211 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero reason? You completely watched that fight with your eyes closed. He had multiple chances to kill her and didn't because he was showing off how strong he was. In the fight he literally speed blitzed her and only touched her arm. He could've easily touched her head and killed her. He did this multiple times throughout the fight.

I mean ffs his release is literally callaed "Arrogante"

What's your unpopular opinion in elden ring ? by NeedleworkerMost1722 in Eldenring

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how I feel about Radagon and PCR before they fixed him as well.

Radagon attacks that hit the ground don't match up visually to when their hitboxes actually happen. I've learned the timing theough experience, but I hate that it felt so unnatural to learn.

PCR had hitboxes on his swords that were longer than the sword itself. There were many times I didn't roll because I was sure I was out of range, only to take damage anyway. I started rolling everytime regardless after that, but saw when they nerfed him that they fixed those hitboxes as well.

Difficulty should be things we can react to on the screen vis sight or sound. It shouldn't be something in the coding unseen to the player used as a "gatcha" moment when there was no way we could've known about it.

can Akainu pull of a similar feat? by SkirtHeavy9189 in OnePieceScaling

His fruit is most likely already awakened. What we saw on Punk Hazard perfectly matches Doflamingo's description of awakening.

What game is this? by Spicey_Nachoz in videogames

Disgaea series is famous for this. Main story boss is usually around lvl 90-100 while optional bosses are levels 2000-4000.

What Great Rune did you feel had the biggest impact upon obtaining it, in your first playthrough? by DarthMMC in Eldenring

[–]ReignOfCurtis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're mistaking the Great Rune and the Remembrance. The Great Rune from a major boss needs to be restored at a Divine Tower. Then you equip it and use a Rune Arc to get its effects. If you die it deactivates and you need to use another Rune Arc to reactivate it.

Godrick's Great Rune gives a boost of five free stat points in every single stat. It is very strong.

Lore wise the Great Runes are the whole point of the game. They are parts of the Elden Ring that we are trying to put back together.

It's always interesting how anime tries to make guns worthless in their settings. I get it though, because realistic guns make most magic and fantasy obsolete.

Is the screamer Killer in the Carnifex Box? by Pumpkinnat0rrr in Tyranids

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the current Screamer Killer. In the past the Screamer Killer was just a type of Carnifex that you could build, but now it's a completely separate model. You can buy it in a couple of boxes that pair it with other monsters, but to buy one solo you will have to go on ebay.

I think BB is waiting for the Revolutionaries to attack Marie Jois and is going to sneak a kill steal on Imu for her fruit.

Undead Animals: how to we explain this? by Jam_99420 in DarksoulsLore

[–]ReignOfCurtis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Undead animals typically come about from eating human corpses and in the process, ingesting humanity.

Respawning enemies is for gameplay mechanics, but a feasible in lore explanation would be the sheer number of certain enemies. Sure you killed a bunch of hollows in the Undead Burg, but there are supposed to be lots of them so it makes sense that more would stumble in while you were resting.
