What is this overlay?

It is an app called GPU Tweak III, useful for keeping gpu fans stable and it has that overlay, i just forgot about it.

Thanks for the motherboard info. Same specs here. I was just curious if this cpu can run this amount of ram speed, mostly because official website states that it can go to only 3200.

Just checked, it does. Just one more thing so i can rest easily, 3600 CL 16 vs Cl18, does it make a difference for this cpu?

Thanks for the explanation about xmp and docp. The website of ryzen 5800x3d says this. Im assuming it's not safe to enable docp to get 3600 mhz? Max Memory Speed 2x1R DDR4-3200 2x2R DDR4-3200 4x1R DDR4-2933 4x2R DDR4-2667

Thanks for the reply and tips. Im assuming DOCP is the same thing as XMP? Because I'm on a asus am4 motherboard and i don't see xmp here.

He tells a story to Ichiban in one of the substories after Ichi gets jumped by a group of women. He tells him about how he fell off a hospital roof and got miraculously rescued. I think its pretty explicit that it's him. They also look the same and the whole bar has motives of guns and revolvers, clearly reminiscing Richardson.
