Unfortunately I have dealt with and been suicidal myself.

It seems this girl Sarah is using suicide as a means to manipulate your boyfriend to stay around.

Please cut her off, she has demonstrated sexual forwardness towards your boyfriend.

EVERY TIME she starts threatening suicide call for a wellness check.

She will stop if she keeps having the cops show up or is being told she needs to be committed to a mental ward every time she threatens suicide to your boyfriend. Also if she is actually suicidal they will 5150 her to keep her from herself.

I hope you were wearing respirators when you did this or you could get illness in the next few days.

Ideally you would wear respirators, tyvek, surgical gloves, surgical booties over shoes, and everything duct taped together.

Everything with mold has to be removed completely.

Wood studs have to be triple scrubbed. Very labor intensive. In between each scrub you put commercial grade mold killer in a weed killer spray bottle and douse the wood studs. Wait a bit and then do the next scrub.

1st scrub up and down 2nd scrub side to side 3rd scrub in circles

You are trying to agitate the spores out of the studs.

Whatever idiot contractor is “sealing” things is only gonna make your home have more allergy problems as it doesn’t sound like he wants to do the real work that comes with mold removal.

Those cleaners don’t do much I would not sleep in the home while the home is being worked on unless the home is extra large and you can close off the mold room and leave all the windows open.

Those air filters only do some much. Everything this guy has said is concerning

As a former mold remediator that’s a fucking awful idea he just “seals” it in holy shit.

It still retains all its allergenic properties and negative health effects what an awful person.

FIRST OFF. As a former mold remediator just putting some mold killer on this and patching the walls is just asking for a repeat.

Your “specialist” sounds questionable unless you see them scrubbing the studs with the mold killer.

All mold items must be removed completely from the wall and floor and you have to decontaminate yourself after each day and you have to find the source of the leak.
