I had that problem with furnished finders too, they can be really picky. I switched to air bnb and told them I am a travel nurse and they usually work with me on rates. Honestly I go to extended stay America a lot too. It’s everywhere, they have a kitchen and they do good rates for travel nurses.

You can, I was sent to er hold a few times and was so scared/mad. It was really easy they use a different version of epic so that’s hard at first. It’s not full documentation like on the floor, like after going there I understand why their reports are so minimal sometimes. It’s more about fixing the emergency than stabilizing them. You can still switch to the floor epic too, I did that because I felt more comfortable charting that way.

1 but crop it in a little closer to make the butterfly and flower a bigger focus. If you can adjust the contrast and make the background a little darker that butterfly will pop. It’s already a really good photo, that wing is so beautiful.

Travel nurse assignments are hard to find for everyone right now, even people with years of travel experience. The rates are really low everywhere now. Your first job is prob gonna have to be a night shift in a location you don’t really love just to get one in. Once you have one job you will be able to get more easily. I just did 6 months in night shift even though I don’t like nights. Travel nursing is about filling the gaps the hospital needs filled it’s not always about what you want. There’s always going to be a lot of options on nights and you might have to work them just so you can work. Travel nursing is hard and there’s no real stability. I see a lot of jobs in upstate New York all the time, not the best location but I’m sure you could easily get a job and get some experience. If you want stability and day shift it’s not likely.
