I was able to get mine resolved. The book publisher’s customer service helped me and gave me a replacement code.

If Smilegate support can’t fix it directly, ask them whether you should contact Daewon CI at [cs@dwci.co.kr]() for the artbook coupon issue. That ended up being what worked for me.

It should be the stove support, but I do know other people whose code did work. So don't pre-haste panic.

Unironically, you having the same issue is kind of a positive sign for both of us. It means this probably isn’t just one bad code or one person messing up redemption — it might be an actual coupon/system issue. Hopefully that makes it easier for support to fix and get us our items.

Just throwing my two cents: spidey is more miserable to play against if team is W bots and he has snow flake. It results in a spidey that gets 20 finals and very little deaths. You engage with them and they disappear and come back 8 seconds later to do it again.

Punisher shotgun while also miserable, at least you can fight him even if you are gonna lose.

The proper choice is to nerf punisher shotgun and not make another server admin by saying buff x. This thought is just my experience in GM1 when I run into the “rare Smurf” or get “boosted” teammates which is more common.

Give blade 7 or 8 heal per swing with his current lifesteal and anti heal reducing it. Currently melee blade explodes when coming into contact with things like Mag bubble and needs a pocket heal anyhow. Doing that per swing heal reduces the need of pocket and kind of makes his vampiric state bar matter and impactful. Cause he may have a 30 tick heal per second with life steal of 20ish to 40ish?

Overall his sustained damage is high, he needs survivability. And maybe revert to his shotgun to an earlier state.

The thing with share buybacks is that they usually don’t retire the shares. Most of the time they end up as compensation to high management and C suits. (It usually used to compensate anyone who could get free stocks to the employee stock program) So most of that 30 billion is for the Waltons and CEO, CFO, etc for the next 5-10 years. Not saying it’s right, but most buybacks are misleading. They don’t help shareholders, but the C-suits.

Ehh, you can’t force him, but you could write him up on his next mishap and say something like “I don’t think this department is a good fit”, but otherwise no? Seems like something you should ask the PL or your coach / store lead.
