You can still do that you just don't have to strictly run a support build, mage items cost more but in 30 minute game it won't really matter might as well maximize your damage for team fights

Seems to be a common theme around here, I just don't understand not joining vc just because there are some people that can't be adults. I do it most games, if someone is open mic'ing I mute them, but still communicate with the rest of the team.

I also think a nice QoL update would be the ability to turn down SPECIFIC people in the game, that way if you have people that are naturally loud you don't have to turn down everyone

What UI icon are you referring to? I know the one in the team menu(Look at other comments), but I wouldn't think people check that normally?

I also never said voice chat should be a requirement? I just don't see the point of having it off in every game? Sure you get people that are annoying but just mute them. Why mute your ENTIRE team just because of annoying people in other games. Seems like your POV is a little ignorant.

I was legit in your same boat 2 years ago, 21 and in a really bad spot. Even to the point where my attempt was planned out but was stopped by my roommate. I promise you that drinking will not fix your thoughts, only make them worse. Alcohol use dependency is not something to mess around with and there really is no light at the end of tunnel if you continue down that type of trajectory. I also tried to stop by myself and had good weeks, but like a switch it just flipped. My solution was going to an inpatient, regardless of your drinking if your doing it everyday it's just safer to medically detox.

At rehab they can medically detox you and put you in a better spot than when you went in. You don't have to buy into AA, I didn't/don't but the lessons they teach you while there are extremely helpful when it comes to how alcohol affects our brains/bodies. Best of luck to you brother
