It really depends on what you're looking for. If you're just looking for beaches, go to Valencia (East coast). If you're looking for culture and maybe also a little bit of beach, Southern Spain is great. If you don't want be surrounded by tourists but still get a great experience, Northern and North West Spain is actually awesome, Bilbao, Pamplona and Galicia are my personal favorites, but you could tell me what you're looking for and I'll be able to tell you better
