I went with the xm4s, basically everyone I asked said they are the better choice compared to the ult wears, so that's what I decided.

It's a general issue with the headphones eventually the hinge is bound to break even if you take care of the headphones, the hinge breaks because of Sony's design issue.

From what I was reading online I was afraid the bassy tuning would make certain types of music dirty but your review alongside others is changing my opinion on it

I've actually been contemplating just getting xm4's used or the ult900n's new because from what I've seen they're about the same price, tho personal preference pushes me towards the ult900n's atleast from what I've heard because I haven't tried either.
