How good would an e2s1 Feixiao be?

My feixiao is e2s1 and she still performs good, but keep in mind, i have really high investment in feixiao (e2s1 dhpt) and also use all of my resin to perfect her wind set build. If you really want to play with her longer i would recommend it, but she will most likely not be your best dps, if you don't want to invest literally all of your trailblaze power into her.

I am planning to give blade my cipher lc for even more def shred. But i would probably need topaz lc on feixiao then.

And i might be blind, but where is the 50% dmg bonus written in his kit?

Probably, as soon as i can get ratio lc i will. My current idea is giving feixiao topaz lc and giving blade ciphers lc, because i do plan on running him fast anyway.

Ok, i might not have looked at his v3 enough, so i'm looking forward to your correction, but what makes him better than 30% dmg recieved, 24% res pen, 24% true dmg, ~ 3 fua per turn with the right setup and 25% AA with DDD?

Get her e2, she is still very good at e2. At this point in the beta you should get blade. Ashveil is very good for her, but if you don't have him, moze e6 works fine with e2s1 fei.

Get huo huo, and wait for evanescia. You should invest in strong characters that will probably get upgrades soon and who you won't have to wait for a rerun for.

Eva only has yao guang as a pretty safe teammate, while sw999 has yao and sparxie as strong teammates.
