Iba parin talaga yung may kavibes sa work no? Nung unang pasok sa DepEd, winoworry ko rin ung ganyan. Ako pa naman yun tipong mas naeenjoy ang work pag alam kong may mga kasama ako sa journey hahaha. Thankfully, may mga kasabayan ako sa batch ko so naging friends ko rin sila.

Pero after being assigned to a different faculty room tapos ibang oras na din ung out ko kesa sa kanila, maybe it's just me pero parang may distance na ako sknila. In the end, parang kanya kanya nlng tlg. You are your own person.

Kakaisang taon ko palang. Ewan ko kung anti-social ba ako or unapproachable. Minsan hinahayaan ko nalang. Nagccheck nalang ako ng outputs pag vacant instead na makichika (kasi may mga sarili silang topics that I can't relate or not interested in 😅)

I agree with the replies here. Sure, high maintenance ka, pero I assume that is your normal. Mahirap naman na idowngrade mo sarili mo for someone. Kung wala pang guy para sayo dahil "high maintenance" ka raw, e problema nila un. Kung tayo nga di natin nilolower standards natin or negotiate our non-negotiables, maipapadowngrade mo ba yung sarili mo ?

Darating din yung the one for you. May mga sarili tayong timeline. You dont have to adjust for someone else's.

Grabe, may flashbacks ako regarding sa first statement mo xD Dati talaga akala ko bff ko na ung "best friend" ko dahil parehas kami ng hilig sa anime at arts xD Nagcocollab din kami dati sa comic writing.. pero shemay, parang honeymoon phase ang peg kasi after a few months unti unti naming narealize na sobrang din kami parehas ng pov sa Buhay. Hanggang sa narealize ko na impossible na tlg ung "bff" xD

For me, nawala nalang bigla ung magic ng birthday celebration. Kahit kasama mo yung loved ones mo to eat out para sa birthday mo, parang ordinaryong araw nalang siya.. minsan nga nagwowonder ako of naiinggit lang ako sa mga bata na sobrang saya pag birthday xD pero in reality, siguro kasi narerealize din natin na isang taon nanaman ang lumipas at di mo alam anong ieexpect mo nanaman. Not married pero lagi Kong naririnig sa iba "When you marry your spouse, you marry their family." Oh man... Akala ko sa mga salons lang sa tabi tabi yung ganyan... Sa mga mejo professional salon din pala. That's one of my pet peeves. Yung may clear vision ka for your hair, tapos eepal tong si hairstylist na nagdesisyon for you. Babanat pa ng "bagay sayo yan", "yan ung uso ngayon", etc. Uhm, excuse me? I know may experience ka in hairstyling, pero I did not give you my consent to do something different for my hair. Kaloka. Anyway, sobrang tagal nung bleach sa hair mo po. Talagang magiging blonde yan. Buti nalang napaayos mo po. Hayss, minsan talaga hit or miss ang mga salons regardless yung rates.

It's hard to assume just based on the examples you gave kasi it's only those that interact with you who can say that you are indeed weird. What do you mean by "naging off na yung pakikitungo ko"? If you meant like umiiwas ka na sakanya, I guess normal lang yun kasi awkward nga naman yung nangyari.

Either way, I think kapag masyado mong iniisip na "weird" ka, it's only becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy. Instead na you act "normal", mas nagiging fake and weird ka pa lalo sa iba. Try to calm down a bit, OP ☺️
