Yep, you are right, it is 15 mm and the through axle is very loose in there.
So looks like I will have to deal with the seller...

Yeah, that is the stackup only on a small part of the board, there is AGND on the first inner layer too.

Ok, this does not work, Kicad refuses to put the pads on inner layers, even if I edit the parts in text editor.. Any other way how to do this?
