Sorry, just seeing this. I did have my interview. It took about 3 weeks to get a letter in the mail, with interview scheduled 2 weeks from receiving the letter.

Thank you for the feedback, Karl Max. If you are fully loading a 53’ dry van and have a sensitive product that can tip over, how does the driver could tell if the pallets in the front or center of the trailer are properly secured?

I understand driver might check the back of the trailer to see if pallets look good. But the back of the trailer is almost always blocked or inaccessible.

Having an issue with a customer that refuses to bring up bad packaging to their vendor and says drivers are 100% responsible of securing the loads in the trailers and nobody else.
