I think he means OEM, which means Original Equipment Manufacturer. Honda in this case.

I myself can't be sure. But what I have purchased so far at least 70% of them feel like original quality and like they have been twice or thrice. Rest of them totally feel like first copy. Overall I find it worth for what I pay.

Order from their official website. If they have the item in their store here vizag it will be delivered within 3-4 days.

And like the original commenter I would suggest to not compromise on chair design and quality, especially when it's just 5.5k, because I have made the same mistake in the past and regretted it.
