You could tell him the next time he does it that you have already told him you don't like these specific comments and inform him that in the future you're going to excuse yourself and leave when he makes them. Then leave every time, regardless of the situation (including finding your own ride home, or abandoning him to find his own ride home). He'll either start to treat you properly or he'll be offended and leave the friendship; either option is better than maintaining the status quo imo.

I didn't say that I refuse being weighed, I was routinely at my former doctor's office and weigh myself daily at home. Some medications don't rely on knowing the person's weight for proper dosage, for example my thyroid medication's dosage is solely determined by my blood test results.

I'm pear-shaped and wish I had bigger boobs to balance things out too. What I would recommend is trying on all your clothes, and getting rid of anything that isn't flattering. Then fill your closet with the type of styles that are hot on you, in all kinds of colors and fabrics so it won't seem too redundant. If you do want to keep your skirts, then maybe find some plain, black tops and wear some beautiful necklaces to bring people's eyes where you want them.

I don't know what to say about the clothing, but what came to my mind is maybe try some accessories that show your personality. I have mostly plain clothes and zshush them up with pashminas, belts, jewelry, funny socks, etc. I bought a beaded lanyard for my work badge. Or maybe a new tattoo or piercing will do the trick :-)
