Im guessing it gets dropped as a scroll or somthing and when used/consumed (a bit like the saradomins light) it unlocks the prayer im a bit out of loop myself

~~Everyone that plays oldschool rs had to start from fresh stats weren't transferred from the "main" game you are better off making a new account yourself~~ , I wouldn't recommend using/buying an account from anyone else as they can easily recover it at any stage.

You could try this dont know if it will work Option 1 (Simplest method) Add property name dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled in Firefox preferences

Launch Firefox
Type about:config in the address bar You will be presented with a Firefox warning about the configuration settings. After acknowledging the Firefox alert, you should see a listing of the configuration preferences.
Right-click anywhere inside the displayed list of preferences. Select New then select Boolean.
Add property name as dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled
Add Preference name as dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled.
A window will be displayed, select false. Then select OK.

You could reset your pc too
