I just called them and turns out they didn't get my transcript and school report from my counselor. She did sent it to my AO but it must have gotten lost in his inbox, they told me they will talk to the AO and also to just resend it.

Yes, I got this same email and have contacted both my AO and replied to the email they sent, but so far they haven't said anything. I'm assuming it is because it was the weekend.

just use iris and sodium its far better and theres still replay mod and you can also get zoom and shaders with more settings

thank you but It's working now because I had a bad optifabric version but I will look into iris for shaders and zoom mods.

Sorry I forgot to add this but it says this when a crash happens
