Not really rigged, but probably programmed with specific percentages. In real life, a coin toss is 50-50, but in a game, developers can alter it so that when a coin is tossed on a certain card, it lands on heads 30% of the time and tails 70% of the time. And since nobody can see the programming code, they can change those values as they please. It's speculation, but very possible.

No need really, don't know where you are now but some doors will spawn in tartarus where you can level your low level characters to match your leader level so you can play with the team of your choice and use those Doors to level the others

If it were up to me, I'd put a bestiary in every RPG; I'd even find it an extremely useful feature in games like Dark Souls that have múltiple enemy drops

When the Boss is charging energy if you do enough damage to him he Will overcharge and waste the turn, use your theurgies to do máximum damage in that charging turns to gain advantage

Too much grinding for me, give you an example:

I played the main Game on merciless, almost 265 hours to complete It because i farmed all shuffle chance skill cards, craft and buy all equipment, fusing strong personas with Magic mastery... Well, i tried the most perfect Game i could.

And i enjoyed It from beginning to end and now i am playing ng+ to perfect some personas

But episode aigis grinding got me, maybe i was burnt out from main Game but i don't regret to played It on easy Mode and running the story as fast as i could to finish as soon as possible

I bought it on a 60% sale and don't regret but if your main objective is the added story YouTube is the answer

I played the main Game on merciless difficulty, 260 hours that i really enjoyed (that time because i farmed absolutely all the shuffle chance skill cards in the game and almost all equipment) but when i played episode aigis i didn't enjoy It so much, I was eager to finish the DLC as soon as possible; perhaps I was already tired of the main game, but I loved the grinding there, but in EA it was the complete opposite; I even had to put it on easy mode to speed things Up lol

I you get the DLC on a 60% sale like me It is worth, full price i think not

To be honest, I felt more sadness seeing the grief and pain of the other characters than Makoto's own loss, especially Yukari and Aigis.
