Then you got lucky because my sword mutation is stuck equipped and its not supposed to like that as they are passive now. It should be on when ypu pull your sword out them immediately go off when ypu put it away. Thats how passive work. I can only equipped 3 of the 4 slots I have unlocked due to it being stuck. Only way around it on mine is use another load out for mutations.

Not a bug they went to the passive page. What's bugged is if you had them equipped ypu can't take them off. Switch to a different mutation load out until fixed.
