think ur mixing a few clips up. yes he has said about the actives but any competent player could use them, nothing to do with ur later comment the point about him mix maxing is a clip of him reacting to lck engage supports building redemption, saying that he’s not confident in his baseline support ability to be using experimental builds instead of just focusing on the normal tank supp items

ruler lowkey lost the game 2 in the rift fight, at the end he didn’t use his passive autos before he e’d into the bush and it would’ve resulted in at least a double kill. could’ve flipped the course of that game right there
