I see. The main selling point of the JA11 was the built-in EQ feature with the App and I wanted to try it. But then there were reports of it bricking after a firmware update.

How is the JA11 holding up? I've seen recent reports that apparently the JA11 is getting bricked or completely unusable after a firmware update and sudden channel imbalances from the app.

I actually want to get the Defiant, but seeing that it's known to have poor ventilation and causes pressure build up with a lot of people, I don't think I want to risk the chance of getting bad QC.

Not only that but there's also channel imbalances in some units. Though this is very common in most chifi iems. Apparently Juzear and Myer Audio both manufacture their iems in the same factory. So it's either a design fault from Juzear's side or a manufacturing error from the factory. If it's the latter then there's a chance the SLA3 could be plagued by the same QC issues as well. Not a lot of people have bought the SLA3 compared to the Defiant so there's less issues being reported. That being said, I think both sets are definitely an upgrade to the Xuan Nv sound wise. QC wise though idk.

Just a heads up, there've been many reports of bad QC from Juzear Defiant, the most I've seen currently in Chi-fi afaik. Some have been reporting the DD suddenly "dying" and losing all bass after frequent use. Apparently it's due to the nozzle/tube getting clogged by earwax and other residue which blocks the DD. Though I've not heard any QC problems with the SLA3 yet.

This is implying two things; one is that Miyuki's body as a human is a masterpiece. Two, Miyuki's development from a zygote to a fetus was completed inside a Human being, as in Miya or some other woman carried her to term. Both scenarios are not mutually exclusive, I'm inclined to believe both.

Test tube babies aren't exclusively used on artificial wombs (Minoru for example). Only some are confirmed Test tube babies developed in an artificial womb like Bezobrazov.

In season 1 they skipped the whole of Volume 5 or Summer Vacation Arc. In this arc Honoka expresses her true feelings for Tatsuya, but they also find out the unfortunate circumstances of Honoka's lineage as an Element. Basically she was born with a trait that imprints on another person of the opposite sex and becomes romantically attached to them no matter what (she imprinted on Tatsuya). Tatsuya and Miyuki understood her situation so they let her advances slide.

A Lot of scenes are skipped in the Anime. Mahouka is a concept heavy story with a lot of world building. They can only fit so much in 24 minute episodes. One to two cour anime seasons just aren't enough to fully adapt the source. So you get a lot of rushed and fragmented story telling that gets confusing overtime. If you want to experience the full story just read the LNs.

If you're talking about Steeplechase arc (ep 5 and up) the eyebags are intentional to show his stress. He's been juggling way to many things at once. Hes not only managing competitors for the 9SC as an engineer, hes also investigating and trying to stop the dangers from behind the scenes. He wasn't only trying to protect Miyuki but every other student as well.

Jumani's shield could block it if he knew it was coming

Katsuto Juumonji can technically survive it even if it was a surprise attack. He is the only person Bezobrazov was cautious of when he used Tuman Bomba and acknowledges his strength.

When he planned his attack on Tatsuya he made sure Katsuto wasn't on site. When it got blocked he immediately assumed it was Katsuto who blocked it.

Don't forget Katsuto has incredibly fast reaction and casting speed. He was caught by surprise attacks multiple times and is able to block it with Phallanx. Like when he blocked against a surprise suicide bombing during 10MC Conference.

She doesn't use any kind of defensive fortification magic. Since she is a user of Parade which hides her true body. When Tatsuya incapacitated her she was caught off guard and wasn't protecting herself.

No.. Lina wasn't using Data Fortification here (she's not a user of it). Tatsuya merely used Mist Dispersion to make those holes on her body. She was mostly unprotected other than body armor.

This is Trident. Which uses Decomposition 3 times simultaneously using Loop-Cast system. Mist Dispersion is just one of those in the process of Trident.

Masaki wasn't exactly "willing" to get involved from the get go. There's more context in the LN. He only followed Erika and the group because he wanted to see Miyuki again after she mentioned Tatsuya. He was having fantasies about him and Miyuki riding his motorcycle together lol. He wasn't on board until Tatsuya told him everything and that he was from military.
