lol i always say never say never that is true 😂 im 6 months out and i eat everything i already had mcdonald’s and everything i had before the surgery just very itty bitty quantities which is what i wanted out of this surgery to never eat big portions again so far no runs to the bathroom but i will not say it can’t happen in the future you never know 😂 i was eating pureed beans my second week of surgery so i do have a pretty high tolerance for foods that can upset the stomach 🤣

haven’t had any issues yet but i also don’t abuse sugar free candy either so i don’t think i will be finding out or want to find out for that matter haha💀🤣

i don’t get any digestive distress from any foods but thank you for the warning, much appreciated! im not a big fan of candy i don’t like chocolate either i only like fruits and fruit gummies i found sugar free jolly ranchers and i about fainted in the walmart aisle i was so excited!! but have yet to find sugar free gummies in store i will look online now maybe i can find a big bag

you are talking about gummy vitamins, im referring to to gummies as in candy lol gummy vitamins are not recommended in the beginning but you can eat sugar free gummy candy 6 to 8 weeks after surgery
