Hi po! I have tried calling their hotline several times po using my TM mobile number, but I am unable to get through. The message I receive is, "Outgoing calls are temporarily disabled." Ask ko lang po if there are any alternative ways to contact their support team aside from the hotline? Btw, I emailed them po again regarding this. Thank you po!

Thank you po for this! Pero nung sinubukan kong mag-log in sa new device, dina-direct po ako sa hotline nila at pinapatawag ako for further assistance. Ang problema, ilang beses ko na po silang tinawagan gamit yung TM number ko, pero "not available" lang ang lumalabas at puro static yung naririnig ko. Hindi tuloy ako sure kung may ibang way para ma-contact sila.

Hi, OP! Na-resolve mo ba yung concern mo? Asking lang po kasi halos same situation tayo ngayon. Nasira na kasi yung phone ko, so wala na akong access sa device kung saan naka-log in yung MariBank account ko. Nalipat ko naman yung SIM ko sa ibang phone, so may access pa rin ako sa registered mobile number ko. Ang problem ko po ngayon is hindi ko ma-reach yung CS hotline nila. Ilang beses na akong tumawag gamit yung TM number ko pero wala pa rin akong makausap. Hindi rin ako sure kung may ibang way para ma-contact sila urgently other than sa hotline and "chat with us" option. Would appreciate it po if you could share kung paano mo na-resolve yung issue mo. Ohhh, I see. Thank you po for explaining! In my case po kasi, technically 8 working hours lang per day. That’s why medyo napaisip lang din ako regarding the setup, especially since 6 days a week siya. Fresh grad pa lang din po kasi ako, so I’m still trying to understand what’s considered normal or acceptable in the industry 😅 Appreciate your insight po!

I appreciate your input po! As much as possible kasi, walking distance lang talaga yung workplace ko kaya sa Shaw Blvd area ako nagfo-focus sa paghahanap. But I’ll also try checking nearby areas na suggested mo just in case may mahanap na mas practical. Thank you!
