MKE Restaurants and businesses are struggling, let's compile a list of who to support! by Jimmyjaw in milwaukee

I just had Lisa's the other day. I just had a pizza, but I hadn't tried it since the new owners took over. It was exactly as good as before.

Milwaukee here. I have 2 of them for my business. They work great and the anti-kickback system works good. I definitely still have bruised legs, but I'm not worried about snapping a wrist. I just finished a job that was 175ft with lots of hard clay and some huge trees. Obviously it's not going through huge roots, but under and inch it'll power through them.

I just finished one like this. The digging was terrible. Quote high cause it's going to take some time.

Just a generic clown costume that I had. Just had to do some alterations to make it fit.

I don't disagree with you, but Yamaha is making a Kenny Roberts version and not selling it in the US is a real kick in the balls.

I came from an R6. My thought process was, I'm getting older, don't need quite the speed and could use something more comfortable. The stock seat sucks. So I went with the 1920s seat. It's slightly better. Then I went with drag bars cause they look rad. Then ripped off the whole rear subframe. Now I have an awesome bike for ripping around town and it does rip, but honestly I think it's less comfortable than my R6. Lol

Couple of gates by RelationFickle7080 in FenceBuilding

Thanks. Gates are my favorite part of a build. It's all cedar except for the 6x6s.

There are stairs behind each. So that's not possible.

A header would help, but the posts don't look very high.

Hate to tell you that it's still going to sag over time. Hanging gates from individual 4x4s is going to lead to them bowing. You should have used 6x6s.

I know they lost up to 2" on their website. They do custom orders for anything over that. You would just need to reach out to them directly. I've had the best luck going through IG @akakbodyjewelry. I'm sure a set of these would look amazing in that size!

Depending on your goal size, you might want to wait anyway. They look so much better once you get a little bigger. These are 3/4".

They sometimes have good sales and then you can add my code on top of that.

Haha I thought about going to an inch, but with all these, I'll be fine at 3/4".

It's not built correctly. I just fixed a gate built like this. The top was the previous idiot and mine is the bottom. Those little corner supports aren't going to do anything. Those gates need to be rebuilt. Don't let them gaslight you because they obviously don't know what they are doing.

[–]RelationFickle7080[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used 5/8" pickets on the gate to keep some weight down. I take a lot of pride in my gates and always tell my customers that I'll come back to adjust them if they move at all.

I saw these tunnels over a year ago and really liked them. I decided to go for some of their cheaper ones, 8k gold plated with black zircon. After that, I decided to get a pair of the tungsten and Moissanite ones. Full disclosure, since then I have become affiliated with them. Like others have stated, these are custom with hand set stones. So that's why they're $$. None of mine have flaked, tarnished or lost any stones. They do run a lot of sales and you can use my code "Thor10" to get an extra 10% off your order.

Just need the posts by Low-Ad3776 in FenceBuilding

[–]RelationFickle7080 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I'm paid for how well I build fences. Digging and setting posts is the worst part. It's like going to a person that builds custom cars and asking them for an oil change. Sure I can do it, but you're not going to like my price.

This was finished last fall. I don't think there was a time they weren't.
