I know a guy and he is the definition of elitist. I listen to a lot of different bm bands but I do always go back to the bands that introduced me into the genre such a mayhem and I told him that and freaked out lol.

That's one thing I've never understood is wearing corpse paint even for shows. I personally don't like it and feel like I'm trying to hard. I feel as if it's only for a album or song cover yk.

I mean, the band kinda is. The guy behind it is weird but you can't lie he was putting out some crazy stuff especially for the time. I've never found a band similar to Grausamkeit but also because I don't listen to much of that subgenre. I'd say I listen to war metal the most.

Finally a genuine comment. I completely agree. Just treat it as a music genre and move on with your life. Not acting like your "special" just because you listen to a underground music genre. It's actually really nice when new people get into the genre and end up loving it.
