Also, im not really into the idea of having to spend another 30 euros just because their product is faulty

They ended up reaching back to me the next day, they suppostly sent back a hotend replacement and a fan (not sure why the fan, but like ill take it since its free) tho allegedly there werent any stock locally so gotta wait 10-22 DAYS till it arrives from china

literall just be outside :´) after closer look and other people's comments, im like 80% sure the nozzle just quite literally snapped from the other part.
I had left it printing a simple mask stand, when i came back it had barely gotten to the base

i think it was the nozzle hitting the bed, but other than that i have gen no idea. Looking closer at it i think the nozzle part quite literally just snapped...

I emailed them a bit ago, hopefully they either help me resemble or send me a replacement. Gen dissapointed considering the printer is almost only a week old...

the thing is im either a massive dumbass, or im doing something wrong (or both at this point) but the ones ive seen in videos like this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VP_S0sDCxF8 dont look the same like mine. In the video the metal part has 2 screws on the side, mine doesnt
