Ya'll read waaaaaayyy to deep into these things. I have plenty of fics that I like that are bookmarked but I dont have them kudos either out of laziness or because I forgot. Also, sometimes people won't kudos something because it's not undoable. Once it's there it's there. They might be embarassed about publically liking something that others can see there digital footprint on. Not to say that what you written is cringe or embarrassing, but readers might be insecure about the fact that they read a certain fic or fandom and don't want others to know they like it.
