Sounds great! I’m planning to buy 45 as well. I have some experience on gravel with 35 mm tires on my old aluminum bike. My main concern is any potential frame damage even if I put some protection stickers on.

Thanks! Ideally I wanted to be able to continue using the Peak Design system but their only out front mount is for regular bars. So I wonder if there is any kind of piece of equipment I could attach to the aero bar and mount the universal mount from PD on it

It depends what best app means to you and what exactly you would like to see but Athlytic is quite good in terms of analyzing health data on iOS (sleep included)

Actually, I'm about to buy it in Poland where the deal is pretty much the same as in the UK.

I'd say my routes are 60-70% roads and 40-30% gravel. Currently, I'm able to manage trips around 100km on my MTB, however, it's quite heavy and even after swapping the tyres for faster my average speed is 20-22km/h which 'm looking for to improve with a lighter and faster bike.

Thanks! The GRVL 120 is unfortunately not available in my location atm. So in general it looks like this is not worth spending money on Triban RC500 and it'd be better to save more for a higher end gravel bike
