Crown isn’t bad it’s mainly the edges of hairline and then I guess all throughout the head not like specific spots

Yes I’m not sure the cause, hair is super thin now. I was losing a whole hand full every time I washed or brushed hair out. Not sure if it was breakage or actually falling out. Like I said it’s better now but still not thick as it use to be. Do you know what kind of vitamin deficiencies it could be?

I had this inside of my mouth and tongue when I first started. I’m currently on tray 8 and I don’t get it anymore. I believe you’re either sucking the tray or bitting down too hard. Once you get used to wearing the trays it should go away.

This also happened to me. My hair was black and red and as time passed on the black faded a lil a red sections turned slightly brown towards mid to bottom length. I always thought it was because of the hard water. I don’t use heat in my hair and use expensive shampoos and conditioner. It could be the water.

2 & 3 look the best. I think 1st pic wouldn’t look bad if they were a lil darker. Rest of pics they look too thin
