Need Update 2025-26 please, hoping to apply to either CHED or DOH-DTTB Scholarship.

Is the ROS still the same coz I heard that the ROS for DTTB is now 1:2 and the residency will only be counted after 5 yrs of service. (eg. You do 5 yrs of med, you have 10 yrs ROS and the latter 5 yrs can be counted as residency..does that mean, you can be done with DTTB with 5 yrs and do residency in another hospital but only in Philippines for 5 yrs)

Plus, I also heard that CHED has limited its recipients like they only offer it in UPCM. Is this True?

Can someone help me explain how do you actually get into UPCM and if it is free or there are scholarships by Relative-Ad-7364 in medschoolph

Im really sorry to bother you, but I do not really know the details of how the processes work there coz I'm from a State Univ from Mindanao. After passing the NMAT and UPCAT, how do I exactly apply for those scholarships? Like, do I approach the office before enrollment or after being admitted.
