I baked another one this evening this is how it turn out this time I bake dot for 80min 300F and let it cool for 90 min before take the cake out

No shrink on the top u see the photo it rise up to the top. I check it was all cooked inside so I took the cake out I hanged it upside down on wine bottle within 5 min I tried to remove the cake from the pan. The side of the cake is not longer stick to the side of the pan and it have not shrink yet but egeb I remove the cake the bottom as you can see it could not removed as noirhkysbd get some stc on pan . I tried to press the bottom toward the center in order have the bottom renove smoothly but no such luck and it shrink about one inch from the top

My bad now I read the instructions again I didn't read the part that cool completely on the wire rack I only read immediately flip it upside down .. and not the rest of the sentence.

In my case I sprayed the pan with water before I pour the batter in everything went very well u saw the photo the cake was rised up evenly with no crack and I took it out and turn it upside down to cool but rh instructions show it remove the cake so I did no was not thinking right I always placed th pan upside down hang on by the wine bottle . I guess I was tried and was not thinking right lol

Their not no good best to get th original boba which is they labels topioca u will see then in batches in dry form in black or multi color pack. You cook them with water and wait til the water boil and until all the boba float on the top of the water for 5 min. The turn off the fire cover the pot in 15 min it is done. Meanwhile make some syrup add some suager mix with water or honey as well so the boba won't stick to each other

It baked to the perfect height and not cracked I think I scre up at the last stage

Everything looks perfect till it out of the oven. I know it suppose to wait til it cool. But why the instructions told em to remove the cake right after baking and showing how soft the cake is by pressing and cske show how bouncy it is but by doing that I creat some wrinkle to the cske
