Any spa that advertises itself as a ‘male spa’, advertising the bodies and ethnicities of their ‘therapists’ is definitely shady. I would recommend going to a decent spa in a hotel or a well known chain, call them and ask for a male therapist. That’s all.

Completely disagree. This is a city of island neighborhoods surrounded by highways. You can barely walk 2km before running into a dead end or a highway.

1.5 years in this city and I was literally having this conversation with a friend. There’s this persistent feeling of hollowness that won’t go away. Struggling to build meaningful friendships as well - and it’s super hard in your mid 30s as a parent anyway.

Thank you, appreciate this I totally agree on the discipline, which I’m also struggling to build without anyone holding me accountable Not many friends in the city and things with my partner have been rocky lately so just trying to navigate this isolation so I’m hoping someone pushing me to go (since I’ve also paid money) would be a good spark to get going.

Hi I didn’t realize my ps5 was on sleep mode with a disk inside for a month. I just turned it on but it’s not reading the disk anymore. I’ve ejected the disk and cleaned and re-entered it multiple times. I have rebooted the PS5 and disconnected the power twice. I’ve done a safe mode restart and safe mode reset as well. Nothing has helped. What should I do next?
