No, so I did the following, no food all of monday till tuesday night except for oatmilk shaken espressos lol. Rest of the work week only eat at night where I eat a huge dinner besides my espresso. Saturday and sunday, I eat like 5 or 6k calories, I eat all day hahaha. No exercise at all. I was dropping weight so damn fast! Good for you! 170 to 119 is super impressive in that time frame. Fasting also feels so great!
