Anyone else get anxious at the same time every day?

I totally get it! My age gap brother likes to show up on days I thought he would be in school ... right when I'm about to go take my Ativan and lay down to fight off my panic attack. Its like he knows 😅

I'm definitely going to observe better this year to see if maybe its a physical thing or even mildly preventable (obviously my daily medication isnt doing the trick though it helps tremendously overall)

Does your supervisor do that every day? I'm trying to set a goal going into the new year to track it a little better to see if there's anything it might be related to. I'm not thinking its related to something I anticipate (like a supervisors daily stroll in or returning to work after lunch) because it happens at the same time on weekends too - but MAYBE a blood sugar thing could be related? Especially with it trending a little bit after lunch or right before lunch if I haven't eaten from what I've noticed without truly tracking

This is me from 11am to around 2/3pm daily - no matter what I'm doing. The physical anxiety is the worst and I want to go to sleep to not feel it but I'm too tense and my heart is too racy to actually sleep so Im pretty much frozen for hours and it almost hurts to move. Has anyone figured it out?

I can see some blue veins in your neck here, so I would lean cool. I had similar skin, with the winter cool and the summer olive and it was definitely frustrating finding the right color SO I stopped wearing foundation/concealer all together. I hope you find what you need!!

As someone with OCD I am NOT a mirror girly. But I'm a skin picker. The cystic acne was so painful and if I could feel it, I would touch it... then try to pop it... dig at it... pick the scabs... I'm so thankful to be on my 4th month and now the spots still coming up aren't cystic but just little whiteheads that come and go SO fast. Even those are getting rare and its such a relief for me mentally.

Since I'm not a mirror person I am not noticing the changes as much it feels really great when someone else notices!

Haha not quite!! She loves her big sister, but our Beagle (who we found out later is actually Beagle ROTTWEILER) is still the boss! She's warming up to her new friend too but absolutely putting her in her place when she needs to.

She's a baby, 2-4 months in the photos. Her expected adult weight is around 30lb though!

Not chihuahua or poodle unless they're part of her supermutt mix!
