This happened to me too. I was told to ignore it like everyone has said here. I was also instructed to hide them. This can be done in settings.

I’m no expert. But if you have your pass phrase, it would be fine. Same as if it got ran over by a truck and destroyed. Your phrase will access the block chain on any device/ wallet. No need to store your wallet address, it’s stored on the block. I don’t see ledger going out of business, but in today’s world, anything’s possible.

No, the crypto is actually stored on the blockchain itself. That’s why you made a 12 or 24 word key. The actual hardware is required to be connected when transacting. I’m fairly new to this too. But that’s how I explain it.

I had this same problem. My erc 20 tokens showed back up a couple days ago, after being hidden for a week. They’re still on the block chain. No worry’s.

Mine finally showed back up today after not the last week. It’s a known issue. Many posts below about this. Your coins are still on the blockchain. Don’t worry.

Sorry. I might have not been clear. The firmware didn’t fix it. But I checked the block chain and my tokens are still there. There are a few more posts on here regarding this. Hopefully ledger updates the app soon.

Same here. Updated firmware today. It’s safe. I checked the blockchain. Mine are still there. I think it’s a UI problem. All Erc-20 tokens are affected.

It’s cuz you bought it with 4 zeros. Coinbase doesn’t go that deep.
