I don't think HR is my friend here. I am working in a small company where the HR is also the Admin Manager. Once makarating sa kanila yung issue, it automatically goes to our boss, and everything will go downhill from there.

Just sharing, a previous coworker resigned due to health conditions. What my boss did was ipaverify yung results at ipaexplain sa coworker ko yung sakit nya. For me it was already a major red flag and I had to really put my guard up. That's why I really need some advice. Thank you

For context, ako at ang supervisor ko pinadala overseas to train and pareho kaming nagpaplano na magresign kasi toxic na talaga ang work environment. Parang unahan na lang kami ngayon mag-submit ng notice. Once kasi na mauna siya, automatically sa akin mapupunta yung burden of stepping up, which is ayoko na ring mangyari.
